SHIPPING INFORMATION
DOMESTIC: Shipping is a rate variable to anywhere in Australia. Two methods of delivery are used: courier and Australia Post. We use the courier service if your delivery address is on the east coast between Sydney and the Sunshine Coast, or in one of the following cities: Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra. Courier delivery times are usually within 24 - 48 hours. For all other areas we use Australia Post with delivery times varying between 3 - 5 business days (as specified by Australia Post). We can arrange for Express delivery if required. Please contact us regarding special arrangements and cost. If every item in your order is in stock and you select Standard Shipping, you will receive your order in 2 - 5 business days. If it’s been longer than 5 days, please contact customer service at accounts@pinballsparepartsaustralia.com or call us at +61 3 9729 6422 Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM AEST.

INTERNATIONAL: If every item in your order is in stock your order will usually arrive in 4-10 business days, but may take longer depending on customs and local post office shipping procedures.

Incorrect shipping address information entered when you placed your order:
Re-delivery of a package where you have given us incorrect shipping information or a partial address will result in a $10.00 re-delivery fee.

RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted unless prior approval is given. All claims are to be made within 7 days of receipt. All returns incure a 20 percent restocking charge.

REFUND POLICY - 

Simply send an email to markc@pinballspareparts.com.au stating your receipt number and contact details and request a return authorization number. We will email you an authorization and return instructions.

SHORTAGE OR DAMAGED GOODS
All claims are to be made within 7 days of receipt.
